SHANTÉH brings Sunshine

London based singer songwriter SHANTÉH brings her new thought provoking EP 'SUNSHINE', and stays true to its name. Empowering and tropical, the melodies and rhythm float easily through with very thoughtful and reflective lyrics. The EP's single 'King' features guest vocals from Josh Kye and brings out the particular flavours of her artistry. With pensive lyrics combined with smooth and soothing vocals, there is definitely something warming and enlightening about the experience she brings to her listeners. Production from Val-Verrel create an incredibly spacey vibe, with a tropical twist and his feature on 'Moonlight' is definitely a refreshing sound.

The South London based artist is no stranger to the music industry, having provided vocals for stars such as Emeli Sandé, Jahméne Douglas and Ann Nesby as well as playing support for Lukas Graham's 2018 tour of Denmark. Her previous two EP releases were celebrated with sold out shows in London and she has been a frequent guest of Sofar Sounds. Her music is inspired by the reggae, lovers rock and jungle from her childhood and the gospel, hip hop and R&B that SHANTÉH has grown up listening to.
